According to the Cyprus law all Companies and non governmental Organizations must submit their previous year's Financial Statements by 31 March of the next year.

According to the Cyprus law all companies and non governmental organizations must submit their Financial Statements by 31st December of the year following the subject year.

The Yearly Financial Statement must be prepared following the relevant Preparing Yearly Financial Statement Procedure.
