The workshop took place in Tel Aviv on the 11th and 12th of August 2013. The first day of the workshop on Communication and Outreach for CSOs concentrated upon fundamentals such as:communication for CSOs, communication skills and communication channels. The second day of the workshops focused on public relations, preparing material such as media kits and press releases, brand building and establishing a reputation. The participants spent time on interactive activities and exercises that aimed to improve their communication skills. The activities which were included in the training gave the participants a hands-on experience.
