Ms. Loredana Mihalca is a psychologist at The “Expert” Center – Center of Psychological Counseling, Department of Psychology, “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca. She has a License in psychology and a Master degree in Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy at “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences.
