The workshop took place in Tel Aviv on the 11th and 12th of August 2013. The first day of the workshop on Managing Staff and Volunteers in CSOs concentrated upon fundamentals such as: mananging staff and volunters, management skills and models of managing staff. The second day of the workshops focused on management styles, leadership skills, cross-cultural dimensions in management and staff development. The activities which were included in the training gave the participants a hands-on experience. In sum, participants expressed their satisfaction with the knowledge gained during the workshop.
