Manos is a full-time social advisor for the UNHCR-funded project entitled [[Support for Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Cyprus]]. The project aims at offering free social support to and promoting the rights of asylum seekers and refugees. His duties include the evaluation of the financial, vocational, educational and health needs of his clients and liaising with the competent governmental, private and voluntary authorities in order to address and resolve problems in the above sectors.
