Policy: Leaving Future Worlds Center

Every associate of Future Worlds Center has project related fixed-term working contract for the predefined duration of the particular project. Once the working contract is over, the associate leaves the organization if no further fund is available for him/her. The primary purpose of this policy is to ensure that all financial obligations to Future Worlds Center are met and that all equipment belonging to Future Worlds Center is returned before a terminating associate leaves the Organization.

The rules application in case of termination:

• Provide access to the computer system and every electronic document used/produced by the associate
• Return all materials, technical equipment and keys
• Duly sign all administrative and financial documents
• Arrange meeting with the Head of Units and the Financial Officer to ensure appropriate take over
