Procedure: Preparing certificates

Certificates must be properly signed

All Certificates given out must be properly signed. This usually means that the person in charge of the project and/or the trainer, 'facilitator, or instructor must sign. All Future Worlds Center Certificates must also bear the signature of its President in order to be valid.
