Policy: Signing Consent for Telephone Itemized Bills and for Keys

The Telephone Itemized Bills Consent and the Agreement for Providing Keys and Access to the Facilities must be signed by all people who are in the payroll of the organization. People should consent for the provision of itemized bills in printed and/or electronic form for the subscriber's lines they use. This is a requirement imposed by the Commissioner for the protection of personal information. Additionally, they should sign an agreement regarding their responsibility to being holders of the office's keys.
