MISnTED Ltd. was the umbrella company created originally by Yiannis Laouris and George Vakanas in 1991. In 1992 Maria Symeonides joined as major partner. The three pioneers were responsible for the envisioning, designing and implementation of CYBER KIDS and The Multimedia Factory. The three original founders donated 30% of the shares to the newly established Cyprus Neuroscience and Technology Institute with which the company collaborated in educational and multimedia research.
