At the moment Andrei is look at ways to build interest and mobilize youth from Moldova-Transnistria to explore the possibility of launching a youth-led and youth-oriented reconciliation campaign and collaborative development and peacebuilding platfrom. In a nutshell, following the concept of PEACE WRIT LARGE, young people would offer their support to others so that they can support each other in building sustainable peaceful communities and constructive relations among themselves. | |||

Andrei Trubceac is a graduate student in International Development Studies. His MA thesis was focused on the developmental and peacebuilding challenges in states experiencing secessionist conflicts. Andrei aims to better understand the functioning and legitimacy of de facto states and non-state actors as well as the shifting nature of sovereignty around the world.
