The COST 219ter: Accessibility for all to services and terminals for next generation mobile network was a network of 25 countries funded by the European Cooperation in Science and Technology.
In COST 219ter European scientists from telecommunication research departments, universities and operators together with independent consultants collaborate in cross-disciplinary groups to analyse the social dimensions of people’s relationships to information and communication technologies.
