The workshop on management staff and volunteers in CSOs took place in Bethlehem at the Beit Sahor Club Hall on the 29th and 30th of June. The first day included introduction and logistics, case study introducing CSOs, interviews and strategic approach to identifying sources. The second day included rewarding and recognizing volunteer contributions, individuals needs, performance objectives and practice listening and feedback skills.
[[Act Beyond Borders|Civil Society Acts Beyond Borders’]] two day “Managing Staff and Volunteers in Civil Society Organization” workshop commenced on June 29, 2013.  Held in Bethlehem, the Palestinian Territories, this event taught Palestinian CSO representatives relevant managerial skills. The agenda for June 29 began with an introduction to management, followed by a case study introduction to the CSOs, presentations on job descriptions, interviews, volunteer motivation, and recognizing and rewarding volunteer contributions.  Experts on day two of the workshop discussed individual needs, performance objectives, leadership skills, and used interactive exercises to develop participants listening and feedback skills.
