The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) is a regional organization established in 2010 as a joint initiative financed by European Commission and WB administrations. It is managed and governed by five ReSPA Members: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia, while Kosovo* is beneficiary.

The CAPA has sponsored an SDDP in 17 Dec 2017 with Triggering Question ""What measures/activities/actions, if implemented, will help ReSPA move towards the achievement of its Goals and Vision?"" to support high level representatives develop a revised vision. FWC and Ekkotek experts have been hired to implement it.
