The key responsibilities are:

Research and recommend software tools to management.

  • Test continuously all systems, websites and programs on computers to ensure their smooth and efficient operation
  • Introduce and train current and new associates and interns on how to take advantage and use efficiently all technological infrastructure of the organization
  • Supervise all people's work on their computers to ensure that they respect all rules regarding band-width usage, anti-virus, backups etc.
  • Ensure that all intellectual, cloud-based properties of the organization are secured and continuously backed up.
  • Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
  • Maintain positive client interactions.
  • Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.

Provide recommendations to management concerning issues of programmer productivity and software development management.

  • Work with the Lead Software Design Engineer and the Senior regarding professional skill development through trainings
  • Participate in development of long range planning for new projects and facilities.


  • Search, summarize and keep the team abreast of strategic information from all sources.
  • Capable of writing proposals or papers.
  • Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
  • Maintain positive client interactions.
  • Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
  • Consult with the Lead Software Design Engineer and the Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager regarding professional skill development through trainings for all associates.
  • Participate in development of long range planning for new projects and facilities.
