Zoe Apostolidou holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Cyprus, a MA degree in General Psychology from the New School for Social Research in NY, USA and a Doctorate degree in Counselling Psychology from Regent’s University, London, UK. She has worked in a number of NGOs and charitable organisations and provided psychological therapy, and psychosocial support to migrants, asylum-seekers, women suffering from domestic violence, as well as, with individuals facing other psychosocial difficulties.


Zoe collaborated with Future Worlds Center in several occasions. In 2012, she co-organised the Engaging citizens to reinvent democracy as part of the Reinventing Democracy initiative. In April 2014 she joined FWC on a UNHCR funded project entitled ‘Mapping protection needs of Syrians’.
