Citizens Commissioner's Dialogue to Introduce SDD in the School Curriculum
|
The Workshop was held in the Workshop Hall, Presidential Palace, on 17 and 24 April 2024, 8.00-14.00. The workshop was attended by 24 people (16 Women; 8 Men). In response to the Key Question:
What actions or reforms are required to enable the involvement of students in PLD workshops, to gain experiential experiences of participatory democracy?
the participants offered 62 proposals for actions/reforms which are recorded in the chapter “Actions – Reforms” along with the relevant explanations.
After the completion of the process during which the participants had the opportunity to explain their proposals and answer clarifying questions (avoiding critical comments), the Categorization process began which placed the 62 proposals in 12 Groups, as shown in the Figure.
The participants were asked to select, based on their judgment, the five actions which, in their opinion, should be given priority. The results of the vote were used to select the proposals that entered the mapping phase based on the influences. The Map was formed into 7 levels.
