This person must familiarize her/himself with:

• The Organization of an event policy.
• The Media planning policy.
• The Public reports and deliverables policy.
• The Certifications policy.
• The Associates making personal payments to third parties policy.
• The Organization of an event procedure.
• The Post-event evalutation procedure.
• The Media management procedure.
• The Preparing certificates procedure.
• The Preparing public reports and deliverables procedure.
• The Payments to third parties procedure.
• The Reimbursing associates who made personal payments to third parties procedure.
