Future Worlds Center has a Financial Unit headed by the Financial Controller. This person has the following tasks and duties:
- Check all budgets of any application before being submitted;
- Support all Project Coordinators with the search, planning and management of their co-financing;
- Supervise all financial report submitted by the Project Coordinator;
- Prepare and execute project audits in cooperation with the external auditors;
- Execute project accounting and organizational accounting;
- Prepare and deliver to the CEO and the Project Coordinator monthly financial reports with accuracy;
- Issue invoices and manage payments;
- Accomplish tasks related to social insurances, taxes, banks, government authorities etc.;
- Monthly payroll responsibility;
