He is a native Oregonian, with a BS degree from Yale University and a masters from the University of Oregon School of Business. Following a successful career in business (Founder & former President of DAT Services), he committed his profits to fund peace initiatives around the world. Al Jubitz is a long-tern friend and supporter of peace building activities in Cyprus. His Jubitz Family Foundation has supported many students of the Portland State University - Conflict Resolution Graduate Program to come and work in Cyprus for periods ranging from 6-12 months, including some of the following:
